Provide contract software development resources to develop new applications for existing EMS, DMS and SCADA systems. Manage these resources according to a strict and disciplined software development process to maintain schedule and cost targets.

Integrate new applications and third party applications using an industry standard integration bus and common information models. 

Activities

• Software development in well-defined, easily handled units.
• Overall project design, testing procedures and schedule planning, with customer approvals
• Design/integration specs, with customer approval, for each software development unit
• Programming, testing & integration for each software development unit in turn, with customer approvals at each stage
• Release planning to handle agreed changes to software development units within in the overall development cycle
• Integration testing of overall project
• Final acceptance of project
